One hub coordinates the base, sensors, wearables, and smart home. Every stream feeds a sleep intelligence layer from passive insight cards to active nightly automation. Phase 3 opens it to third-party hardware via a licensed API.

Scope note: All tiers cover Phases 1–3 (1,094 agent all-in hours) plus a 1-month onboarding period before development begins. Phase 0 prototype validation is in progress separately and is not billed under this retainer. Agent capacity figures are derived from Idea Tavern agentic throughput benchmarks. Phase 3 carries lower leverage (2.6x) because wake-word silicon, active automation, and OEM SDK represent genuinely novel work, and less compression is priced in.
